Bali has at least 6 resorts that sell a genuine all-inclusive or full-board plan, and nearly all sit on the Nusa Dua and Tanjung Benoa strip, about 20–30 minutes from the airport. Booking.com nightly rates for these resorts run from USD 215 to USD 841, room only, depending on the property and season. Elsewhere on the island, “all inclusive” usually means breakfast plus a voucher, so read the plan wording first.

Paradisus by Meliá Bali
Paradisus by Meliá Bali is the newest option, opened on 3 February 2026 in Nusa Dua as the first Paradisus resort in Asia. The all-inclusive rate covers meals at its eight restaurants, 24-hour room service, a daily minibar refresh with select drinks, poolside snacks and a kids’ club.
Premium spirits are discounted rather than free, and spa treatments, motorised water sports and off-site excursions cost extra. Reviews quote about USD 400 a night for a Premium Room Garden View, with villas climbing past USD 900. Downside: it is large, with roughly 490 suites, so expect a resort feel rather than a quiet retreat.
Samabe Bali Suites & Villas
Samabe Bali Suites & Villas is a clifftop resort at the southern tip of Nusa Dua. Its “Unlimited Privileges” rate covers three meals, house drinks from 11 am to midnight, one signature activity per person daily, a massage every three nights, laundry and 24-hour room service.
Premium spirits, champagne, extra spa treatments and motorised water sports are extra. A review lists Unlimited Privileges from about USD 450 a night for an Ocean Front Suite (March 2026), with a cheaper “Limited” rate near USD 305. Downside: 165 steps (or an inclinator) lead to the beach, and the enclave is isolated.
Grand Mirage Resort & Thalasso Bali
Grand Mirage Resort & Thalasso Bali on Tanjung Benoa sells all-inclusive as an add-on of about USD 95 per adult per day (USD 47.50 per child, under-4s free) on top of a room rate from about USD 139. The add-on covers meals at seven restaurants, standard drinks, non-motorised water sports and kids’ club access.
Thalasso spa treatments, premium spirits and extra motorised water sports are not included. Combined, a listing shows “from USD 234” a night. Downside: the add-on is charged per person on top of the room, so a family of four adds up quickly.
Sofitel Bali Nusa Dua Beach Resort
Sofitel Bali Nusa Dua Beach Resort runs an official all-inclusive package, bookable for stays up to 31 December 2027 with a three-night minimum. It includes buffet breakfast, a three-course lunch and dinner, unlimited selected drinks and daily resort activities.

The minibar, in-room dining and premium alcohol (20 per cent off, not free) are excluded, and the package is non-refundable. A review lists rooms from about USD 300, the low end of its range. Downside: the plan is not flexible, and an extra supplement applies on 24, 25 and 31 December.
Sol Benoa Bali All Inclusive by Meliá
Sol Benoa Bali All Inclusive by Meliá is the budget pick, with a base rate from about USD 125 a night in low season (November to March) and family rooms from about USD 160. It covers three restaurants, unlimited standard drinks, a kids’ club and evening shows.
Spa, premium spirits, Tanjung Benoa water sports and Wi-Fi are extra. A premium tier adds laundry and a massage for two. Downside: reviewers call the rooms dated and the beach narrow, so treat it as good value rather than luxury.
Holiday Inn Resort Baruna Bali
Holiday Inn Resort Baruna Bali in South Kuta launched an all-inclusive package on 14 July 2026, bookable to 20 December 2026 with a three-night minimum. It includes buffet breakfast, one main course at lunch and dinner, free-flow pool-bar drinks from 10 am to 8 pm, a 60-minute massage per adult, airport transfers and free stays and meals for children.

Extra food and drink get only 20 per cent off. No nightly rate was published, so price it on the hotel’s site. Downside: one main course per meal is not the unlimited dining other resorts offer.
When all-inclusive is not worth it in Bali
Skip all-inclusive if you plan to eat out. Seminyak, Canggu and Ubud have excellent warungs and restaurants where a full dinner often costs less than the daily all-inclusive premium. Booking a plan and then leaving every evening means paying twice.
The same goes for villa stays with a private pool, island-hoppers and day-trippers to Nusa Penida, and food-focused travellers. Many “all-inclusive” tags cover only breakfast and dinner, or exclude premium drinks, à la carte venues and spa treatments, so extras still add up.
Compare the all-inclusive price with the same dates on room plus breakfast. If the gap is more than you would realistically spend on lunch, dinner and drinks, take the cheaper rate. Flights and, at some resorts, transfers are also extra. Pick a luxury resort in Bali with breakfast only if you want to explore.
Where to stay
Nusa Dua and Tanjung Benoa suit most all-inclusive travellers: calm beaches, resort enclaves, little reason to leave. See our guide to the best hotels in Nusa Dua for room-only options. The trade-off is distance from Bali’s restaurants and nightlife.
South Kuta (Baruna) is closer to Kuta, Legian and Seminyak, so it works if you want some nights out.
Elsewhere (Ubud, Canggu, Uluwatu), all-inclusive is rare. Our where to stay in Bali and best hotels in Bali guides cover those areas.

Frequently Asked Questions
Which area of Bali has the most all-inclusive resorts?
Nusa Dua and neighbouring Tanjung Benoa, on the southern peninsula. Paradisus, Samabe, Sofitel and Grand Mirage are all there, roughly 20–30 minutes from Ngurah Rai airport. Outside this strip, genuine all-inclusive plans are uncommon.
How much does an all-inclusive resort in Bali cost?
Third-party 2026 figures run from about USD 125 a night (Sol Benoa, low season) to USD 450 (Samabe) for two adults. Rates swing with season, so school holidays, July–August and Christmas cost noticeably more. Government tax and service charge may apply on top.
What is usually not included?
Spa treatments, premium spirits and champagne, motorised water sports, off-site excursions and flights. Several resorts also exclude à la carte venues or in-room dining. Check the plan wording on your confirmation, because terms differ by resort.
Is all-inclusive worth it in Bali?
Only if you will eat and drink at the resort most days. Bali’s food outside resorts is cheap and good, so travellers who explore usually do better on breakfast-only rates.
