Phuket has very few resorts built entirely around all-inclusive and a handful that sell a board plan on top of a normal room, so “all inclusive Phuket” means checking the fine print on 7 properties across several beaches. Most Phuket resorts sell bed and breakfast first and add meal plans as a package. This guide lists only places that sell a full-board or all-inclusive plan, and says what each covers and what costs extra.

How Phuket all-inclusive plans work
A true all-inclusive covers meals and drinks. A dining package covers meals but limits drinks to a window. Full board adds lunch and dinner and usually excludes drinks. Ask which restaurants count, whether alcohol is included, and what sits outside the plan.
Renaissance Phuket Resort & Spa
Renaissance Phuket Resort & Spa, on Mai Khao Beach in the north, launched an all-inclusive package announced on 1 July 2026. According to the announcement carried by AAP, it covers a daily buffet breakfast, unlimited lunch and dinner and unlimited beverages across six restaurants and bars, plus newly renovated accommodation and daily activities for adults and children.
Spa treatments, cooking classes and market-to-table experiences are described as separate offers, so assume they cost extra. The release gives no price or stay dates.
Downside: Mai Khao is quiet and far from nightlife.
Diamond Cliff Resort & Spa
Diamond Cliff Resort & Spa sits on the hillside at the quieter end of Patong. Its own site lists an “Ultimate All-inclusive Package” from THB 27,999 for 4 nights, plus separate prepaid options for unlimited food and drinks, unlimited drinks only and a two-course full-board plan.
Spa treatments, flowers, transport and airport transfers are extras. The site does not list what the all-inclusive package covers in detail, so request the written inclusions and the restaurant list before booking.
Downside: the site gives few specifics on the plan itself.
Hyatt Regency Phuket Resort
Hyatt Regency Phuket Resort, reported on the west coast near Kamala Beach, is sold as a dining package rather than a full all-inclusive. A Luxury Escapes offer lists daily buffet breakfast, a two-course lunch, a two-course dinner, 3 hours of free-flow drinks at the pool bar from 4pm to 7pm, a welcome drink, one 90-minute Thai massage per adult and Camp Hyatt Kids Club access. One child aged 12 and under stays and eats free, subject to availability.

Drinks with meals are not covered. The offer prices a 5-night stay from AUD 1,699 per room; no USD figure is stated.
The offer noted pool maintenance until 20 September 2026, which has passed.
Katathani Phuket Beach Resort
Katathani Phuket Beach Resort, on Kata Noi Beach, is a large resort with several wings and pools. The resort’s own site does not mention an all-inclusive plan, but an RACV Travel listing reported by search results describes an 8-night all-inclusive package with meals and drinks included all day, plus a cultural tour. That listing could not be reopened, so ask Katathani for current terms.

The site notes Fisherman’s Wharf restaurant was closed from 16 August to 30 September 2026 for a refreshed concept, which has now ended.
Barceló Coconut Island
Barceló Coconut Island is a small island resort off Phuket’s east coast. A Virgin Atlantic listing, as summarised in search results, describes board options including half board, full board and all-inclusive. All-inclusive is described as running from 11am to 11pm and covering soft drinks and local alcoholic drinks with meals and snacks, while half and full board exclude drinks. The listing could not be reopened, so verify with the resort.
Downside: the island needs a short boat transfer.
Meliá Phuket Mai Khao
Meliá Phuket Mai Khao is reported by a Luxury Escapes (German) article to sit about 20 minutes from the airport, away from Patong, and to be listed among all-inclusive options. No plan details or prices were confirmed, so request the inclusions in writing.
Phuket Marriott Resort & Spa, Merlin Beach
Phuket Marriott Resort & Spa, Merlin Beach is listed on a travel site as an all-inclusive Phuket hotel. It sits about 3 km from Patong Beach, overlooking Tri-Trang Beach, on 12 acres of gardens. The listing gives no inclusions or prices, so treat it as a lead to confirm rather than a verified plan.
When all-inclusive is not worth it in Phuket
Skipping the plan often makes sense here.
Food is plentiful outside the gate: night markets, beachside restaurants and Old Town cafes are a short ride from most beaches.
Many plans are narrower than the name. Drinks windows, set menus and a “choice of lunch or dinner” make them half board.
Light eaters, non-drinkers and island day-trippers often pay for meals they miss. Instead, compare the breakfast rate against the plan price divided by the meals you will really eat. Resort stays in Kata, Karon and Kamala are covered in our guide to the best beach resorts in Phuket.
Where to stay
Choose by beach, because transfers across the island can be long.
– Mai Khao (north): quiet, near the airport, suits families who want to stay put. Renaissance and Meliá are here. – Kata and Kata Noi (south-west): a good mix of beach and restaurants, which makes an all-inclusive less necessary. Katathani is here. – Patong area: nightlife and shopping nearby. Diamond Cliff and Merlin Beach are on the edges of town.

Frequently Asked Questions
Are there true all-inclusive resorts in Phuket?
Few. Renaissance Phuket launched an all-inclusive package in July 2026. Most others sell dining or full-board plans on top of a normal room, so read what the plan covers.
Do all-inclusive plans in Phuket include alcohol?
Sometimes. Renaissance describes unlimited beverages, while the Hyatt Regency offer limits free-flow drinks to 3 hours at the pool bar. Full-board plans usually exclude drinks, so check the hours and brands covered.
What usually costs extra on an all-inclusive in Phuket?
Spa treatments, cooking classes, airport transfers and excursions are typically separate. Diamond Cliff lists spa, transport and transfers as extras, and Renaissance links its classes and spa as separate offers.
Is all-inclusive cheaper than paying as you go?
Not always. Phuket has plenty of affordable restaurants outside most resorts. The plan tends to pay off for families with children eating several meals and for guests who drink daily.
Which area is best for an all-inclusive stay?
Mai Khao suits staying put because it is quiet and far from restaurants. Kata offers more choice if you want to eat out as well.
